The Empire Strikes Back ep3: Marriage
As the Sadducees tried to trip Jesus up with a question about the Scriptures and the life to come, He first dealt with their flawed approach to the Scriptures. Having explored that last week we continue on with Jesus to hear His correction about the Resurrection. His answer about how marriage is different in the life to come gives us a great oppportunity to understand the significance of marriage now in the big picture of what God is doing; and to be enriched in our relationships with God and people as we consider both the purposes and the limitations of marriage.
