Matthew 14:13-21 – A Christ Centred Community
The story of Jesus feeding the multitudes is the only miracle recorded in all four gospels, and the people who were present immediately realised how significant that event was. As we think about how Matthew records the story, we again see an invitation to experience the blessing of the Kingdom of Heaven. We see the value in keeping Jesus at the centre of our lives instead of thinking we need to chase after our needs on our own.
