In Matthew 15:29-39 we read a story about Jesus feeding a huge multitude… again! As we compare the story from chapter 15 with the one from chapter 14 we discover the dangers of making comparisons and how that can cause us to miss the grace of God in people and in moments. Instead, we want to pay attention to what God does at other times and in other places and people in order to learn and grow – to prepare ourselves for what God wants to do in us in our time and place.
