George’s Story

I never grew up in the church and was part of a family of non believers. At age 21 I married a Christian lady who went to church, but I never did. Buy the age of 29 years our marriage was struggling and I was making money with a business I started, but was involved in entertaining my clients and was involved in drugs and alcohol and could not help myself as it had become a lifestyle.

One day I called on one of my clients and he invited me to a home study group and I gave  my life to the Lord and was baptised. But it was not easy due to me still having the business and friends.

I then sold the business and went to study Bible for three years and gave myself time to grow in Christ and since then I have built my life around Christ and his business and I have never looked back.

I thank God for the power and transformation that is in the gospel and how all my sins have been forgiven and continue to be forgiven because of Jesus Christ. Today I have peace, hope and love in my heart because because I have been reconciled with God.
