Misfit Men is what a bunch of guys jokingly called each other when they got together with the idea of organising some stuff especially for blokes who weren’t already connecting in to other parts of church life.

So far they’ve had casual bbq’s with a bit of Finska thrown in, played pool and snooker and helped out with some practical jobs around the church building and grounds.  The idea is to get guys together to build friendship and a sense of belonging to the Kingsley church community.  Sometimes that will be through serving together, at other times it will be more social activities.

Most importantly, as those relationships grow the opportunity to talk about the real stuff of life also grows.  We want to be God’s ambassadors to each other, helping each other to live courageously and wisely in the home, workplace, sporting club and wherever else we go.
